Its spread over an area of 35,192 sq. kms. The state is heavily forested and famous for its temples and waterfalls. The state is covered with nearly 45% of the forests and 32% of tribal population, therefore, it offers immense opportunities for Eco-tourism, Adventure and Cultural tourism.
