Central India Tourism
The Central part of India is located to the south of the Vindhya hill range and world known for its wildlife. Popularly known as the Heart of India, two states; Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, are located in the central part of India, spreads over an area of 443, 439 Sq. Kms. These both states are blended of immense topographical diversity, diverse cultures, ancient monuments, wildlife parks and sanctuaries, spirituality, world famous temples. It is believed that the Central India is home to more than one-quarter of the world’s wild Tiger population. Central India’s wildlife habitats, sprawling over 152,000 sq. kms. The landscape encompasses 14 protected areas including 11 tiger reserves in the states of Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Chhattisgarh.
